HAVE DONE 3 WEEKS MON- FRIDAY, 5 MILES PER DAY AT 37-38 MINUTES

ALSO 3 LONG RUNS AT 10 MILES AT 77-78 MINUTES ON THE SUNDAYS....

THIS WEEK MON, 3 MILES, 22 MINUTES , TUESDAY, 3 MILES, 23 MINUTES, WEDNESDAY, 7 MILES, 51 MINUTES.....

HAVE ALSO STARTED TAKEN GLUCOSAMINE TABLETS FOR TENDONS AND LIGAMENTS AND AMINO ACID TABLET (ON ADVICE OF MATE HE SAYS THE BODY CAN ONLY PRODUCE 7 OF THE 11 AMINO ACIDS NEEDED AND YOU NEED TO ADD THE OTHER 4, TAKING HIS WORD FOR THIS)

JUST DONE LONG RUN 11 MILES,1 HOUR 23 MINUTES....

MILES FOR THIS WEEK 24 MILES , FEET SORE , NEED TO SORT OUT BLISTERS , REST DAY TOMORROW START AGAIN TUESDAY....

TO USE SUNDAY AS DETOX DAYS PLENTY OF FLUIDS , NO CAFFEINE ,LOADS OF FRUIT AND THE SUPPLEMENTS AND REST

FRIDAY, 6 MILES 48-49 MINUTES,

SATURDAY, REST DAY AND SUNDAY TO DO LONG RUN, TO DO 13 MILES,

BIT OF TROUBLE WITH BLISTERS, KEEP LOOKING AFTER THEM AND PLENTY OF WATER, UP TAKE THE PASTA....

CHANGE AROUND SOME ON THE ALBUMS ON THE WALKMAN, ????? TO RE-INVIGORATE YOU

THE LONDON MARATHON IS IN APRIL 2008, SO HAVE 8 MONTHS TO GET READY, THANKS FOR THE PRAISE BUT I AM NOT A CHAMPION , I BELIEVE THAT IF YOU PLAN AND TRAIN, AND BELIEVE YOU CAN MAKE YOUR BODY DO ANYTHING 8) ....

13 MILES DONE TODAY.....1 HOUR 45 MINUTES.....

MILES DONE THIS WEEK 37....

JO BOUGHT ME A SET OF SCALES YESTERDAY THAT SHOW LOADS OF INFORMATION.....

WEIGHT 13ST..4POUNDS, NEED TO BE 11 STONE 12 POUNDS BY END OF MARCH, HAVE LOST 8 POUNDS SINCE TRAINING STARTED...

BODY FAT....11.8%....WATER CONTENT....57.1%.....MUSCLE MASS....41.2%.....BMI.....29.4

WEDNESDAY.. REST DAY

THURSDAY 7 MILES 56-57 MINUTES

FRIDAY, SATURDAY, REST DAYS

SUNDAY LONG RUN, UP VERY EARLY 19 MILES 2 HOURS,32 MINUTES

FEET ARE SORE, NEXT WEEK BUY NEW RUNNING SHOES (ASICS KAYANO,S), AND NEW RUNNING SOCKS,VASELINE,ANTI BLISTER PACKS

NEXT WEEK A VERY LIGHT WEEK JUST 3 DAYS OF 3 MILES

TOTAL MILES FOR THIS WEEK 52 MILES

I think " kilometres" and 52 miles is a lot of kilometers ( 83 Km )

I TRAIN FOR 8 MONTHS OF THE YEAR FROM THE AUGUST TO THE APRIL, AND THE REST OF THE TIME I GRAZE ON ME CREAM CAKES HMMMMMM :lol: :lol: :lol:

WHEN I WAS IN MY THIRTIES MY WEIGHT WAS 12 STONE UP TO 13 STONE (WHEN LET SELF GO), IDEAL RUNNING WEIGHT 11STONE 10POUNDS....

NOW IN 40,S WHEN LET SELF GO UP TO 13 10POUNDS :cry: ...
THAT IS AGE FOR YOU, WILL BE DOWN TO 11 STONE 10 POUNDS FOR MARATHON THOUGH,HAVE ALL THE OTHER TIMES :D

ON SUNDAY THE GREAT NORTH RUN(BIGGEST RACE IN THE WORLD, 50,000 RUNNERS) WAS HELD WITH PAULA RADCLIFFES FIRST RUN BACK AFTER BIRTH AND INJURIES SHE CAME SECOND TO THE AMERICAN...THE MALE WON THE RACE IN 1 HOUR :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll:

ALSO HAILE GABRESALLASSIE BROKE THE WORLD RECORD FOR THE MARATHON IN BERLIN IN 2 HOURS 4 MINUTES AND 25 SECONDS :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll: IT WAS HIS 23RD WORLD RECORD BROKEN AN AMAZING RUNNER
